Before joining us, Tracey worked in childcare and early years settings for many years. She was looking for a change in career direction and decided to put her organisational skills to the test.

Tracey’s career …

Tracey joined Pioneer in 2018 to work in our sales support team. Our sales support team is not just an integral part to our sales team, the team is quite often regarded the voice of Pioneer! Many of our customers know the team by name and voice only as the team is responsible for taking phone calls and handling customer orders and queries.

Tracey brought a wealth of valuable organisational and communication skills when she joined us. Having worked closely with parents and OFSTED for many years, she was used to handling queries and working to tight deadlines. The office is a very fast-paced environment, responsible for a wide range of activities. In fact, their inter-departmental and team working skills are very impressive!

Where is she now?

In January 2021, Tracey was promoted to Sales Support Team Leader. Her role involves ensuring the day-to-day running of the team is smooth and seamless. Tracey has to employ her multi-taking skills throughout the day and enjoys the challenge this often presents.
