We are re-branding our telesales department as sales support to reflect the much wider role played by the team in our business today.

Back in the 1970’s and in the absence of email, online ordering, answer machines or even fax machines, placing orders live over the phone was the only way of doing so and the phrase telesales was quite apt.
These days we still take many customer orders over the phone throughout the working day but at the same time there are many customers who prefer online ordering and also leaving orders on the answer machine out-of-office hours.
