Crispy, glazed and bang on trend – Gobi Manchurian

The irresistible crunch: Why Gobi Manchurian steals the show every time

Gobi Manchurian is the kind of appetiser that steals the spotlight before the main course even arrives.

Golden, crunchy cauliflower florets—fresh out of the fryer—get swept up in a glossy, tangy-sweet-spicy sauce bursting with soy and fiery chillies. Each bite is a thrilling clash of textures: crisp on the outside, tender within, and loaded with bold, addictive flavour. Crowned with fresh coriander, this Indo-Chinese classic is a go-to favourite in Indian restaurants, the fusion dish everyone orders “just to share”… but secretly wants to keep all to themselves.

Christmas Jumper Day fundraiser

Supporting the Great North Air Ambulance

On Thursday 18th December we held our annual Christmas Jumper Day celebrations.

From smiling Santas to elfishly cool jumpers, we put on our smiles and knitwear to raise funds for the Great North Air Ambulance.

While the jumpers were light-hearted, the cause behind them is anything but. The Great North Air Ambulance delivers life-saving critical care to people across the North East, North Yorkshire and Cumbria, often in the most challenging circumstances. From roadside emergencies to remote rural incidents, their specialist crews bring hospital-level treatment directly to those who need it most — sometimes making the difference between life and death.

Sponsoring The Glasshouse International Centre for Music

Once again, we are delighted to announce our sponsorship of The Glasshouse International Centre for Music. We are committed to supporting the charity as a Silver Business Champion now.

The Glasshouse is an iconic building which stands proudly on the Quayside in Gateshead. It’s a place where you can hear rock legends or pop icons on the same night as folk trios or opera singers. Where new musicians are nurtured and showcased on the same stages as platinum-selling performers. And where youth choirs and tambourine-shaking toddlers practise in the same spaces as our acclaimed orchestra, Royal Northern Sinfonia.

The Glasshouse is not just a […]
