Cumbria Distilling Co was founded in 2018 by spirits wizard, Paul Carruthers.

The company has a simple but very exciting mission.; to create the highest quality spirits in the north west whilst retaining excellent value for money. Affordable quality is our passion which began with the Carlisle branded range of gins and vodkas and during 2023, expands to the Bartenders’s Series and the brand sitting under the namesake of the company, Cumbria Distilling Co.

Folkington’s produce premium, high quality drinks and pressés.

They were founded in 2012 by Paul Bendit. Paul spent 12 years developing premium and innovative soft drinks for leaders in the catering sector and stand-alone brands. Originally, launching three varieties of fruit juice, the range quickly expanded.

Supporting a great community project!

On Monday 20th March 2023, we handed over a cheque of £1,673.51 to Carlisle Youth Zone.

Pictured above is Gemma Hodgson, our area sales manager alongside Victoria and Hannah Aspinall from the Youth Zone. Hannah is employed as Senior Youth Worker and Victoria is an Inclusion Team Leader.

We have been a sponsor of the youth project for many years now and each year we are proud to handover a cheque to show our continued financial support.
